Privacy notice
Updated 16 October 2026
Information you share
When you send a project request, we store the name, email, company, workflow description, service interest, and any optional industry, department, or tool information you provide. We also store the submission time and your agreement to be contacted.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, discuss a possible partnership, and manage follow-up. We do not use request submissions as model-training data or publish them in the workflow map.
Storage and access
The website and form endpoint are hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are passed securely to our existing database service on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. There is no public page or API for reading submissions. Authorized site administrators can access the records to review and manage requests.
Your choices
To request access, correction, or deletion, use the project request form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Provide the same email address used in your original submission. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
What to leave out
Please do not send passwords, access tokens, confidential business records, or personal information about customers or employees. A description of the workflow is enough to start.
Site behavior
This site does not add marketing analytics or advertising cookies. To limit spam, the form uses hourly rotating hashes of email addresses and, when supplied by our hosting provider, IP addresses. These counters are removed after 24 hours when another request is processed. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the form database. The hosting provider may also process technical request information needed to operate and secure the site.
